How much does a valuation cost?
Nothing. The valuation is free and puts you under no obligation. If you later decide to sell with another agency or on your own, the report is still yours.
Do you work on an exclusive basis?
We'll discuss it at the viewing. We work best with exclusivity because it lets us invest in photography, advertising and time, but it isn't a condition for getting started.
Do you rent apartments by the day or week?
No. Only long-term seasonal lettings, with a minimum stay of three months.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly Puerto Rico and Mogán, Vecindario and the south-east, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Costa Calma in Fuerteventura.
I live outside the Canaries. Can you manage my property?
Yes, that's exactly what our full management service is for. We look after tenants, payments, repairs and utilities, and send you a regular report.
